As a Textile Artist specialising in Freeform Crochet my work aims to break the mould of the traditional and demonstrate that crochet can be used as a contemporary artist's medium. 

I am inspired by the natural world's ever changing geology and geography, consequently I frequently produce sculptural 3-Dimensional pieces of art that interpret this.

My work includes crocheting with natural and synthetic yarns, coloured copper wire,silver wire and recycled materials, including "plarn" - yarn made from plastic bags.

 I have exhibited both nationally and internationally and I hope you will take this opportunity to be inspired by exploring the boundaries of Hook & Scumble's creative crochet and fibre art.
